Impossible Foods Front of House Ambassador Program
Plant-based food options are rapidly expanding on restaurant menus. We consulted and collaborated with the Impossible team, and their operators, to develop a comprehensive set of training tools to help front of house teams confidently guide guests on the new to the world, super tasty Impossible Burger and Sausage. The training tools are flexible to accommodate Impossible Foods 20,000+ QSR, LSR, and FSR operators. The tools are being used for onboarding Impossible employees, sales and support teams, restaurant front of house teams and managers, and foodservice distributor reps.

Impossible Foods Retail Store Ambassador Program
Impossible Foods has been rapidly expanding into the retail sector. Based on our successful Foodservice project, we consulted and collaborated with the Impossible team to develop a unique program to meet the needs of retail operators and the employees and distributors representing Impossible Foods.
Grocery retailers include Wal-Mart, Kroger, Albertsons, Gelson’s, H-E-B, Safeway, Wegmans.

Responsible Alcohol Service Certification Program
Aim to Serve had the leading instructor-led certification program in Tennessee. They needed to take the quality of their face to face course and transform it into an engaging and effective online course. We collaborated with the Aim to Serve team to develop a program that is head and shoulders above the competition.
Since launching the program in 2019, over 100k servers and bartenders have been certified.

Bacardi Brand Education Program
Bacardi USA was a client previous to founding Restaurant Playbooks. Focusing on the 5 premier brands at Bacardi, Bob worked with Bacardi to develop a program for 3 different audiences:
- Onboarding for all Bacardi internal employees
- On-premise training for restaurant servers and bartenders
- Off-premise training for retail store team members
The leading edge content was designed for mobile when tablets were being launched (2012), and included realistic interactive simulations and game mechanics.


W.J. Deutsch Distributor Sales Training
W.J. Deutsch was a client previous to founding Restaurant Playbooks. W.J. Deutsch & Sons, Ltd. is leading importer and marketer of award-winning wines and spirits from around the world.
In order to support a growing list of distributors, W.J. Deutsch developed a custom on-line training program to increase distributor sales force’s knowledge, focus and ability to represent the Deutsch portfolio.
The courses included wine varietals, production, and brand specific education.
